Grape Harvest: Beginning of October.
Wine-making process: Traditional-style, floating cap fermentation for 15/20 days. These estate-grown grapes are harvested from 60/70-year-old vines with low yields. The wine is then matured in French oak for approximately 18 months.
Expected cellar life: 10/20 years

Colour: deep ruby red, with elegant garnet highlights on ageing;
Nose: vinous, varietal, ample;
Taste: powerful, with stuffing and lots of body, well-balanced, round, packed with character, slightly tannic.
